You can expect your photographs within 24 hours of the photoshoot, however most are completed the evening of the photo shoot. Photos of the property can include common areas or senic neighborhood images within a few minutes walk. The photos are yours to post on the sites of your choice. Large resolution images for prints are available at nominal fees.
3000 sq ft or less:
$150.00
Includes up to 25 photos and 3 or 4 neighborhood / common area shots.
4000 sq ft or less:
$180.00
Includes up to 35 photos and 5 or 6 neighborhood / common area shots.
5000 sq ft or less:
$225.00
Includes as many photos as needed including neighborhood / common area shots.
Residential Properties larger than 5000 sq ft will be quoted on an individual basis. Please call me for pricing.
Commercial Properties are also quoted dependant upon the size and scope of the work.
